Oliver Reilly Funeral Directors
Oliver Reilly Ltd. was founded in 1963 by Oliver Senior, who conducted a single funeral in his first year. Undeterred, he steadily built a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness, which still underpin this family-run business.
In 1975, his son Sean took over. He expanded the business by increasing the number of funeral homes, serving most of North Kildare, including Prosperous, Maynooth, Clane, Sallins and surrounding area’s.
In 1999, Sean’s son Paul joined the business after graduating from The McGowan School of Embalming in Ballina, Co. Mayo. Bringing modern techniques and a fresh perspective, Paul is currently managing director continuing the family legacy into its third generation and is also serving on the board of the Irish Assocation of Funeral Directors (IAFD).
